DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO CLIPS – Download the videos clips and watch them on your computer/iPod or burn them on a DVDs!
If you prefer to watch the videos on your computer/iPod or burn them on DVDs, download the videos in .wmv format. You should be able to play them in Windows Media Player.
Note: we suggest you download them using the browser FireFox, the process is easier and simpler.
Please ‘right click” video link (<<GO>>) and select ’save link as’ and save to a file somewhere in your computer to view at a later time.
If you cannot play WMV, you may need convert the file. We suggest you use Format Factory to convert all files. Please take a look at it and decide if you are happy with it. It is FREE and works very well for us. Here is the link to it: Format Factory

can you help…having a problem viewing video…sound is great….but vidio is still
Hi Ken, I am not sure why. It is the first time I hear that problem. Do you have the flash player plugin on your computer? Try installing this: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
That will probably solve your problem. Test it out also on a different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome.
still not working even after I installed the above…frustrating
